Here is my running effort to collate some more serious and not so serious stuff for friends and colleagues.

Since 2012, I am based in Manila, Philippines, as Senior Economist with the World Bank, after a longer stint in Washington, DC.

My professional interests focus on economic development, notably public finance, inter-governmental relations and sub-national growth, extractives (oil, gas, and mining related growth), and the application of various forms of new technology and media to enhance public sector accountability.
